Alessandro Sapienza is Researcher at the Institute of Cognitive Sciences and Technologies of the National Research Council (ISTC-CNR), in which he has worked for about 10 years.He is a computer scientist, with a background in engineering. Graduated with Honors in Computer Engineering at the University of Catania, Italy, in 2013. He received his PhD in Computer in the same University, in 2017.His main scientific competence and experience concerns Trust, Human-Machine Interaction, Internet of Things, Social Simulation, Cognitive Modeling, and Agent Theory.In the last years he has mainly worked on the socio-cognitive and computational model of the trust concept and on its applications in different domains.
