Short profile:
Elisa Colì is a licensed psychotherapist and in 2012 she completed her graduated studies in Health Psychology at “Sapienza” University of Rome. She is currently Fixed Term Researcher at Institute of Cognitive Science and Technology of CNR and Tutor of “Social Psychology of Web Relationships” at International Telematic University “Uninettuno”.
Her research interests focus on organizational well-being, work placement and workplace inclusion of people with disabilities and mental health problems, aimed at evaluating the health state of organizations and at identifying factors promoting or hindering people and corporate well-being.
Recently she investigated and modelled lay and expert representations of social and topical phenomena (e.g. neurolaw and environmental disasters) and their influence on people’s behaviors.
In her research, she dedicates particular attention to bringing out the plurality of viewpoints, to supporting the participation of vulnerable people and to facilitating the activation of knowledge management processes.
She conducts her research in the field, with a preference for the integration of qualitative and quantitative tools and the action-research method, particularly because it fosters changing processes.
