I am a Technologist at ISTC-CNR in Rome, where I conduct research in Human–Robot Interaction and Cognitive Robotics. I hold an M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering and have over a decade of experience working at the intersection of engineering and cognitive science. My research focuses on the design, implementation, and validation of computational cognitive models to support trustworthy Human–Robot Interaction. I have contributed to several EU-funded research projects and have extensive hands-on experience with robotic systems deployed in real-world social contexts, including healthcare, cultural heritage, and search and rescue scenarios. My work emphasizes practical applicability, experimental validation, and responsible innovation.
