TOOLS2: Mars Express Data and Command Planning Tools MEXAR/RAXEM Mainteinance and Evolution
This is a 4 years contract agreement between PST and the Mars Express Mission Planning Team at ESA Darmstadt to maintain and improve the deployed tools Mexar2 and Raxem2 that are in operation since 2005 and 2008 respectively.
The agreement is renewed each year if the mission is confirmed by ESA.
