Flavia Cangià is Post Doc research fellow at the Institute of Psychology and Education of the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland) within the National Center of Competence in Research "On the Move". She obtained her Ph.D. in Social Anthropology at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) with a research on minority issues in Japan. She collaborates with Dr.
Camilla Pagani on a research project focusing on complex thinking and the relationship with cultural diversity. Her research interests include racism and discrimination, ethnicity and minority issues, social identity formation, highly skilled migration, children and youths, emotions.
