A special session on Safe Human-Robot Collaboration at ETFA 2016 is promoted within the FourByThree project (FoF H2020) and would gather contributions related to safe human-robot collaboration in manufacturing scenarios. The special session is organized in synergy within the Track on Intelligent Robots & Systems to further enforce its goals.
Amedeo Cesta and Andrea Orlandini (PST laboratory) are among the organizers of the special session.
The 21st IEEE International Conference on Emerging Technology and Factory Automation (ETFA 2016) offers a high quality technical program featuring innovative solutions in manufacturing. It is a long standing tradition of the ETFA conference series to cooperate with the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society and, therefore, the 2016 event is also co-sponsored by the IEEE society. ETFA2016, the event is held in Germany and organized by the Fraunhofer IOSB-INA and inIT- Institute Industrial IT.
